Our first community, Gardens of the Pacific, is now complete! We have finished the roads using paver stones, the swimming pool has been completed and is in use. We have uniformed armed guard on-site, 24 hours a day. After a year of clients living in the community, we have not experienced an incident of theft onsite.
These homes are centrally located between Jaco and Quepo in beautiful Playa Bejuco. This community is a mere 250 meters from one of the cleanest and most consistent surf breaks on Costa Rica 's Pacific coast.
