The Hills of Esterillos has a total of 110,000 sqare meters of property of which only 70,000 square meters will be developed. The Hills of Esterillos will feature many amenities that will help make your life in Costa Rica healthy and enjoyable.

The Hills of Esterillos has a natural river that flows through the middle of the project. We will build a walking bridge, which will connect the two separate sides of the community that the river naturally divides and a second bike path which will encircle the communities green area. We will also add two spacious swimming pools with cascading water falls to enhance your lifestyle. These will be designed to co-exist with the natural flora and fauna as well as the river. Our goal is to enhance the flow of this river creating a ”Japanese River” effect which will beautifully enhance the already lush green area. There will also be a bike path leading directly to the beach in Playa Esterillos.
